Who we are ? Background
- Since
its creation in 1980 by Nadie de Saint-Jores, Repères has
been committed to providing clients with personalized responses.
- Our
initial areas of expertise (…) mainly comprised product tests
and optimization of marketing mixes. The work we did then, combining
originality and efficacy, quantitative and qualitative, forged our
identity.
- Over
time, through conducting our research always the ultimate
in rigor and innovative, operational thinking we have learned
to know our clients better.
- Because
we’re always improving our tools, because we adapt them to
your questions, because we offer you an attentiveness that can be
relied on over the long term, leaving “one-off” approaches
behind in favor of capitalizing on experience, you have been turning
to us.

each new study, with each new client, we use this same approach,
free from preconceptions, avoiding the arbitrary application of
tried and tested methods, with the objective of establishing a long-term
relationship that enhances the impact of our work.

is pursuing the dynamic development of its research associated with
concrete results, while maintaining the highest demand for relevancy.
And it applies the same rigorous approach to its operation. This
is the reason why today,our entire production process falls under
a quality certification (the norm NF service-NF323).

currently employs a permanent staff of 54 people.
