Quantitative fieldwork
- Organizational capacities, from the simple to the most complex
- Our fieldwork is very varied: from research conducted in an interview room in several cities to a study among a representative national sample, from a French survey to an international one.
- In some cases, we also conduct very specific fieldwork requiring (…) extensive and (…) precise logistics. Here we are particularly vigilant regarding procedures (research plans, conditions and protocols for product tests…).
- Stable, experienced teams
- We operate a dense network that enables us to work in all areas and gives us the ability to reach a large part of the population, and some rare targets :
One fieldwork manager and five permanent staff members ; 20 regional managers distributed across France ; 500 interviewers specially trained by Repères in face-to-face interviewing (home, room), telephone interviewing, medical specifics, the agricultural domain, B to B, etc ; A network of foreign partners sharing our quality standards.
- Quality procedures
- Prior training of all the players involved.
- Briefing of interviewers by the research director, the project head or the fieldwork manager for each study.
- Signed undertaking by the interviewers to respect the rules and instructions for the fieldwork.
- In-depth re-reading of the questionnaires before data entry.
- Control of 30% of face-to-face interviews .
- Quality audits conducted in our test rooms.
