Qualitative fieldwork

  • From recruitment to moderation: the demand for quality

    • For consumers, taking part in a focus group represents a personal investment. Recruiting them is a job in itself: finding them, checking that they are effectively within your target, that they are not “survey professionals,” and that they are sincerely complying with the research.

    • Convincing people to tackle difficult subjects, touching on values or aspects of existence that they usually keep for themselves, is a task for specialists trained in listening and in group dynamics.

    • Our staff are specialists highly qualified in group moderation and in conducting individual interviews with publics as varied as company managers, politicians, eminent specialists or consumers from among the “general public”.

  • Specially equipped rooms

    • Seeing and hearing your consumers express themselves before your eyes is a factor that will nourish your own reflection. (…)

    • We have rooms equipped with an in-house video circuit or a two-way mirror, depending on your preferred method for following groups or interviews live.
